Please note that members of the Old Cal-Shake Settlement Class who own or owned property on which a Cal-Shake roof is or was installed had the right to exclude themselves from the Class. If you excluded yourself, you get no benefits from the Settlement, but you keep whatever rights you may have to pursue your own lawsuit.

The October 10, 2007 Deadline for Exclusion has passed.
